There is some water-staining to the plates, themselves hand-colored with watercolors otherwise the pages are remarkably clean aside from the occasional foxing. Old repair to folding plate with no loss using contemporary paper. Numerous tables and diagrams in the text. This copy retains all the engravings and folding plates called for, many of which have become iconic in the history of western esotericism due to the book’s considerable influence. The presence this book projects is commensurate with its reputation.
