Winter

This gorgeous beaded doll depicts winter, with subtle shades of white and ivory. It incorporates vintage and contemporary glass beads and sequins, Swarovski cut crystal beads, freshwater pearls, a carved bone face enhanced with tea dye and walnut ink, a vintage glass scarab bead, and three sterling silver charms – 2 snowflakes and an igloo.

Each bead has been hand sewn onto Ultrasuede and then assembled and firmly stuffed. The hair is added last, many strands of fringe sparkling with crystals.

Winter took many hours to create and is absolutely unique and one-of-a-kind. It would look great on your mantle, curio cabinet. or on a bookshelf.

Spirit

This gorgeous beaded doll depicts my concept of spirit, in serene shades of blue accented by coppery brown. It incorporates vintage and contemporary glass beads, Swarovski cut crystal beads, a lapis cabochon, alphabet beads spelling out “spirit”, a carved bone face enhanced with tea dye and walnut ink, a carved bone bird bead, a carved turquoise bird bead, and 6 copper charms – a dragonfly, flower, leaf, hand, star, and chinese coin.” [via]

Summer

“On Sale this weekend only – sale ends Sunday Dec 9th at midnight PST. This beaded doll is a magnificent piece of miniature sculpture. She has been meticulously hand beaded on ultrasuede (my pattern) and features seed beads, pressed glass beads, turquoise, fresh water pearls, and coral, all in beautiful greens, yellows and golds. Her face is a hand dyed and embellished carved bone face from Bali. She comes with a display stand (may vary slightly from the one shown in the photo) and is 6″ tall.
