Electric Church

Hermetic Library fellow T Polyphilus reviews Electric Church by K Curtis Lyle from Beyond Baroque:

K Curtis Lyle's Electric Church from Beyond Baroque

I’m not sure how I managed earlier to overlook the poetry of K. Curtis Lyle. I recently lucked into a copy of the 2003 anthology of his earlier work entitled Electric Church. I am delighted by nearly every poem in the collection, but especially fond of “The Exhaustion of the Mind Attempting to Penetrate the Mystery of God” and “The 33rd Degree of Vibration 218.”

Edit Easter Sunday 2012: On re-reading, this one just gets better. [via]
