Covers everything from what playful magic is to how we can use it in everyday life. A work about self-affirmation as much as it is about magic – the author encourages the reader to listen to themselves, to their bodies, and to their hearts. Lots of rituals, lots of guided meditations, lots of information about how to make our lives “more joyful and meaningful.” Pretty saccharine. Light and fluffy. Ungodly expensive. In my opinion, not worth the money.
